The launch list

The form stores your first name, email, preferred Cornwall area, the time of registration and a record of consent. Its purpose is to let Malie send news of its launch and first events. Joining is optional and is not a booking. No payment details or health information are collected.

Your choice

The basis for launch emails is your explicit consent. You can withdraw at any time using the private removal link shown after registration. Keep that link private. Removing a registration deletes the information attached to it.

Storage and access

Registration information is stored in the website’s hosted database, accessible to the site owner through protected management tools. The site does not offer a public list or search of registrations. No confirmation emails are sent automatically. Malie does not sell launch-list data.

Retention

The intended retention period for launch registrations is no more than six months. Old entries are removed during subsequent registrations; the owner must also review and delete expired records before sending any updates.

Before the public launch

The final notice will identify the business operator, contact route, relevant service providers and how to exercise your information rights or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Public collection and marketing should not start until those details are completed.
